Time to workout. Forget private vs universal health care. How bout "I take care of my ownself" healthcare?????

Ron-e-Law: I am a 46 year old, former police officer, current criminal defense investigator and future attorney. I completed law school in 2010 at the age of 46. I passed the bar without really studying. I have been a criminal defense investigator for the past 18 years and have seen some crazy s$%t. I believe in common sense (you would be surprised of how little there is out there.) Also I am on a path to get in the best shape of my life. Currently following Tim Ferriss' eating plan and being trained by G Fitness. I will Use this blog as a medium to express my views, tell crazy stories, and monitor my fitness progress.
